sure everyone has a great time.

Training and Development Services- Corporate Learning Institute

The Corporate Learning Institute is comprised of two doctoral-level partners, Susan Cain and Tim Buividas. These individuals are experts in designing and delivering organizational performance building services. The core faculty and staff at CLI are highly seasoned and valuable resources that add impact to their training services.

Based just outside Chicago, CLI travels nationally and internationally to offer the best training and development services available.

CLI works with small to large businesses, non-profit and government organizations with the belief that confident and motivated individual contributors, leaders, and teams are the backbone of organizational performance.

Through custom-designed programs CLI teaches, inspires, and renews employees. All services include an experiential phase that allows participants to learn through personal experience. Whether participants are experiencing a business simulation, climbing a group wall or solving a complex problem, they will have an opportunity to test out developing skills during each train program.

Battle Royale- Mobile Laser Combat – www.mybattleroyale.com

Battle Royale is a unique company that brings their laser tag equipment to our facility and sets up combative games right on our property. Experience fun and strategy with their services. They can serve groups anywhere from 10-60 at one time. It’s your option to either keep the competition level to friendly or an all out war… it’s up to you! Looking for something outside the box and/or games to entertain a ton of people? Castle Party Rental has tons of games and inflatables to choose from. They will come and set up their games on our property and give your team/company your own private festival full of fun.
